A Detailed Look at our Cycle Shelters
1. Roofing
Our cycle shelters are fitted with 5mm solid polycarbonate roof sheets as standard which are available in clear or opal. Our clear view polycarbonate is the most popular option as it offers all-round visibility therefore reducing the risk of theft and vandalism.
2. Available Finish
All of our cycle shelters are available in three finishes:
- Galvanised for ultimate corrosion protection against rot and rust
- Powder coated to any standard RAL colour to enable the shelter to fit in with your current surroundings
- Galvanised and powder coated offering you ultimate corrosion protection whilst also achieving the colour that you require.
3. Available Colours
As mentioned above, our shelters are available powder coated to any standard RAL colour to enable the shelter to fit in with your surroundings, alternatively you can create a feature of your shelter by selecting a contrasting colour. 4. Cycle Racks
Our shelters are all fitted with Sheffield Linked Cycle Racks which are constructed from 42.4mm steel tube. We can supply our cycle shelters as BREEAM compliant if required, please call us on 0800 389 072 or email us for more information. You can also choose to have your cycle racks powder coated to match the colour of your shelter.
5. Unique Clamping System
Our range of cycle shelters are designed using a ‘Unique Clamping System’ which reduces the need to drill holes in the panels. Over drilling voids the manufacturer’s warranty and can cause the panels to bulge and water to leak into the shelter. The clamping system also makes the shelter resilient and weather proof.
6. Base Plates
Our cycle shelters are bolted to the ground using base plates, avoiding any major drilling and digging on site. A suitable concrete base is required; if you do not have a suitable concrete base, we can install one for you at an additional cost, please contact us for more details.

Our Grasmere cycle shelter has a robust steel construction and it fitted with shatter resistant 5mm solid polycarbonate panels to offer secure cycle parking. It measures 4.1m x 2.05m and can hold up to 10 bikes. It can also be used as a waiting and or buggy shelter.

The Easydale Cycle Shelter is our most cost effective cycle shelter because of its simple design. This bike shelter has a robust steel frame with 5mm solid polycarbonate roof panels and is fitted with Sheffield cycle racks as standard to offer optimum cycle parking security.
