Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join us in our Clacton on Sea office in Essex. Reporting to the Finance Officer you will be responsible for matching, batching and coding up invoices on a daily basis and supplier statement reconciliation, a good knowledge of Sage Line 50 is required. Additional duties will include processing staff expense claims, filing etc. You will need experience in purchase ledger, as well as a can do attitude and a desire to fulfill a career in bookkeeping.
This is a great opportunity working for a well established and growing company. You will be working alongside a supportive Finance Officer as part of a small and friendly team. Salary will depend upon experience.

Field Sales Manager
Able Canopies Ltd is a successful and growing company working within the UK construction industry supplying innovative products and services to a wide variety of construction industry clients such as single and multiple site building owners, construction companies, architects and design professionals, local and central government bodies.
As part of our ongoing expansion plans we are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager for our Able Canopies South operation who will take responsibility for securing our current market position and lead the development of new business with new clients and in new market sectors. Working closely with the rest of the management team the sales manager will be expected to deliver outcomes in terms of increased market share, sales and company success.
To achieve this the successful candidate will need to display a strong proven track record in construction industry related sales and will have relevant sales management experience within the construction products sector. Alternatively the successful candidate might be looking to move into a sales management role from a senior regional or senior area sales management position.
Recruiting, supervising and motivating a sales team will be a high priority as will managing an existing internal sales operation which has delivered considerable success in recent years but is now in need of sales leadership and direction.
The successful candidate can look forward to an exciting future working within a dynamic and determined company which has a clear idea about where and how it is going succeed over the coming 3 to 5 years. Salary and benefits negotiable (OTE Package) depending on experience.

Part Time Customer Advisor
Do you get a buzz when making that sale? If so, at Able Canopies Ltd we are looking for a Part Time Customer Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering great customer service and have the energy and enthusiasm for sales – you could be a real asset to our team.
Selling mainly to schools and local authorities using the relationship method, in this role you will promote, sell and help our customers to understand our products. To ensure the customers quotation has fully met their requirements and be proactive in up selling where the opportunities arise. This role involves working to targets, overcoming objectives and building a good customer relationship.
Ideally you will have previous B2B sales experience (this is desirable but not essential) excellent communication skills with a positive can do attitude, a tenacious personality and an ability to work as part of a diverse, high-performing team.
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm
