Installation
Your proposal for an Alfresco Room installation will be supported by an initial survey to establish suitability, precise location and orientation, source of services, drainage and access detail. The foundation structure would be determined by the pre-existing sub-strata, and it may be necessary to undertake further explorative action if this is unknown.
A full specification will be drawn up and presented for your approval. This document will then serve as the basis for planning applications and for progressing your order. Your personal account manager will then contact the specialist tradesmen to coordinate their site presence with the timely arrival of your Alfresco package. Assuming planning approval is in place, and depending upon your selected model and inclusions, it is intended that the schedule of works for a standard specification would be expected to run as follows:

| Foundations build-up & minimum cure | 2 + 3 days* |
| Structure assembly/electrics/Climate pack | 4 - 5 days |
| Internal screed | 1 day |
| Completion of glazing and clean-up | 1 day |

All installation work is undertaken by bona-fide trade professionals, and safety measures are governed by risk assessment and method statement.
