Testimonial Results

At Able Canopies, we always ask our customers what they think of our products and services once we have completed their installation. Satisfaction notes are included with our after-sales packs and we ask that all our customers complete and return them to us. We do this so that we can continually improve both the quality of product and level of customer satisfaction that we as a company offer to you, our customer. We have displayed the results from the satisfaction notes in the pie chart and graph which are shown below.

Following the installation of one or more of our products we ask our customers if they would recommend us to others. The results of this are shown below. Able Canopies are often asked back by our customers to perform a second or third installation. Examples of this can be seen if you view our gallery pages, we believe this shows that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products and the services they have received and would therefore refer us to others.

We always ask our customers if they are happy with the service, installation and the finished product which they received from Able Canopies. For each category, which is explained below, we asked if what they received from us was excellent, good, average or poor.

Service received

At Able Canopies, we are dedicated to giving our customers the best service possible. The professional work of our surveyors, office staff and teams of fitters comes together to provide a service which 96% of our customers think is excellent.

Canopy Installation

We always ask our customers if they are happy with the installation of their canopy including communication from the site manager, health and safety issues and cleanliness of the site. All our fitters are fully CRB checked, fully HSE compliant and there is always a member of staff who is trained in first aid which adds to on site peace of mind. An impressive 95% of our customers think that the installation of their canopy was excellent.

The finished product

We ask all our customers if they are happy with the finished product and as you can see from the results below, 95% of our customers thought it was excellent. Able Canopies are proud to provide quality cover from the weather. All our products are strong, permanent and long lasting.
