Will I be harassed by sales people?
No, we do not employ commission driven sales people so you will not get hounded with telephone calls. What we do promise, is to contact you once we have sent your quote out, to ensure you have everything you need.

Do you supply your canopies, shelters and shade sail to the domestic market?
No, our products are high quality, commercial grade structures and we only supply them to commercial customers such as schools, shops, councils, hotels, the leisure and tourism industry and the healthcare sector.

How much disruption will you cause during the installation?
We aim to cause minimal disruption and many customers tell us that they barely notice we are there. Our products are supplied to your site in kits so they are ready to install quickly without drilling or welding, and we will always leave the site clean and tidy upon completion.

Are your workforce DBS checked?
Yes, our surveyors and installation teams are all DBS checked.

Does the price include installation?
Yes, the price quoted includes the product, full installation, removal of rubbish and making good unless otherwise stated.

How long does it take to install from order?
Installation lead times depend on the time of year; however, we always endeavour to install your product as soon as possible. The installation of the itself depends entirely on the product chosen and the size of the structure.
