My Favourite Birmingham Installation So Far…

Another week is here already! Today I am going to tell you what my favourite installation so far in Birmingham is. What do you think of it? I’d love to read your comments.

Motorway Patrol Group in Birmingham, West Midlands – Jay Cycle Shelter

In March this year (2012), Able Canopies South installed a Jay Timber Cycle Shelter at the Motorway Patrol Group in Birmingham, West Midlands. The Motorway Patrol Group was in need of a sheltered cycle parking area on their grounds. They were after a stylish, yet environmentally friendly cycle shelter that would offer optimal cover from the weather.

Their shelter of choice was the Jay Cycle Shelter constructed from Western Red Cedar Timber and a Sedum Matting Grass roof. They also chose to have three cycle racks installed under the shelter, making this cycle parking solution BREEAM compliant. All of the cycle shelters in our range can be manufactured to comply with BREEAM standards.

This Timber Cycle Shelter was designed and manufactured by Able Canopies Ltd. and installed at the Motorway Patrol Group in Birmingham , West Midlands.
