Britannia Village Primary School was undergoing building works at their site in Newham, London. MT Build, a Building Contractors in Chelmsford that we were already working with, on project at a nearby school, explained that they needed an entrance canopy to provide weather protection to those entering and leaving the building that they had just finished constructing.

Taking into consideration the budgets and the building style, we offered the school two canopies, The Kensington Junior Wall Mounted Entrance Canopy and the Beck Wall Mounted Entrance Canopy. The School and the contractors opted for the Beck Entrance Canopy.

The Beck is a strong wall mounted entrance canopy that has no canopy posts, making it ideal for small or busy areas. It features an aluminium frame that is naturally rust resistant and can be powder coated in a choice of 7 colours as standard. It is covered with high strength polycarbonate roof sheets that offer high UV protection and are supplied in clear as standard with a choice of 5 other colours including opal and bronze. The Beck can project up to 1.5m from the wall and has an unlimited length making it the perfect canopy perfect for outside walkways as well as entrances.

The canopy supplied to MT Build was 2.6m x 1m, this enabled our installation teams to arrive onsite with the canopy almost fully assembled, enabling us to install the canopy much quicker than many of our other structures, this was not only beneficial to us but also to the additional contractors onsite as they could get on with their jobs much quicker.

The Beck Entrance Canopy works really well with the new building due to its contemporary design and the high-quality construction materials used. The White frame matches the white fixings and finishes on the buildings and enables it to fit in seamlessly as though it was designed specifically for Britannia Village Primary School.
