Spring Fundraising Ideas for Schools: 2

Spring Fundraising Ideas for Schools: 2

Welcome to the second edition of Spring Fundraising Ideas for Schools. Of course, charities and other organisations can use these ideas in order to raise funds for their latest project too.

In this post I’ve got a few different things that could be really fun to try. If you’ve held something similar in the past, I love to find out how you got on, let us know in the comments box below.

  1. flapper-995197_640Murder Mystery

This is one for the adults, invite parents, grandparents, family friends, teachers etc. to join in on a night of murder mystery fun. Dress up has to be compulsory otherwise you just can’t get into the act. You may need to employ a professional company or look online for ideas of how to successfully run the event, but whatever way you go about it, it’s sure to be a night of fun, laughter and bonding.

  1. Race Night

…But not like you’ve been to before. You can race whatever you like including snails, adults on bikes, running, windup toys or adults in homemade go karts (of course though, be careful if you are thinking of using snails or any other animals as the welfare of the animals is paramount). Charge entry, offer soft drinks and snacks for sale and run a raffle too.
