Mini Family Music Festival

acoustic-guitar-407214_640 Holding a music festival doesn’t have to be as scary as it sounds, it’s basically your usual spring/summer fair with added live music. Keep it fun and family friendly with stalls for children as well as adults as the more that are welcome, the more will arrive.

To save on costs you could keep a look out for start-up bands in the local area because they will be cheaper as they are still trying to get their name out there and get seen.

An Afternoon of Crafts

This one is great for spring as you can hold it indoors or if you have a big span canopy you can hold it outside whilst still keeping protected from the weather, particularly if you have canopy side fills too.

Ask everyone to bring along some supplies that they don’t mind sharing so you end up with lots of crafty supplies for all to use and have a little competition for the best piece of artwork. You could even set a particular project to make such as Easter bonnets or spring collages.
