Customer Feedback Statistics

Receiving feedback from our customers is so valuable to us. It enables us to see which areas we are thriving and which areas may need more work. I thoroughly believe that all businesses should ask for feedback because the satisfaction of the customers is the number one priority for any trustworthy, customer led business. Our aim is to always ensure our customers are left with a commercial grade canopy that they love, which will last for many years and that will make a big difference to how they use their outside area.

So, to find out how satisfied each and every customer is, we ask them to complete a Project Completion Form once their installation is completed. Within this project completion form, there are a set of questions which ask how they feel the service they received from us, the product we installed, and the installation process was. The questions have multiple choice answers which are excellent, good, average, and poor. Although we run reports monthly to keep an eye on satisfaction levels, I always run a yearly report to see how we performed over the whole year. In 2021, the results were very pleasing; not one person said that our service, product or installation was average or poor. Everyone’s answers were for either excellent or good! In fact, everyone rated our installation as excellent. This is something we are really are proud of, and a big thanks goes to our installation teams who work extremely hard to ensure our canopies are installed on time and to the highest standard.

Being a company that strives for only the best, we do see that work is needed to ensure that not only the installation rating receives a 100% excellent result, but so that the product and service does too.
