Astemo UK Ltd – Kensington Mono Pitch Free Standing Canopy

In December 2025, we supplied and installed a 4m x 2.5m Kensington Mono-Pitch Freestanding Canopy at Astemo UK Ltd in Bolton, Manchester.

Astemo UK Ltd sought a replacement for their existing entrance canopy (not installed by us), which no longer provided the presence or coverage they required. They wanted a more substantial structure that would enhance the visual impact of their main entrance while ensuring it cleared the flagpole positioned directly in front of their entrance. After reviewing their requirements and site constraints, we recommended the Kensington Mono-Pitch Freestanding Canopy, a contemporary, high-performance structure designed to offer generous coverage, strong weather protection, and a professional architectural finish suitable for modern commercial premises.

The Kensington range is well suited to environments where durability and appearance are equally important. Its robust aluminium frame and sleek polycarbonate roof panels, designed to deliver a clean, glass-like aesthetic, make it a popular choice among commercial clients. For Astemo UK Ltd, the canopy was installed close to the building, with tailored aluminium flashing added at the rear to create a completely watertight interface. The final result provides a striking, functional and long-lasting entrance canopy that meets the organisation’s practical needs while elevating the look of their main frontage.
