Witton Cycle Compound

Witton Cycle Compound

The Witton Cycle Compound is a robust construction, which is covered by 5mm polycarbonate panels. The Witton uses a unique clamping system on the edge of the shelter. These clamps dramatically reduce the need to drill holes therefore avoiding water leakage and bulging of the panels.

A standard Witton compound measures 6.2m x 4.2m and can hold up to 20 bikes. The Witton benefits from steel lockable gates as well as a no crawl under perimeter providing high security for bikes.

Specification:

Resistant to Breakage
The Witton benefits from 5mm solid polycarbonate panels which have ultimate impact resistance and are clear for ultimate all round visibility.

Weather Resistance
During the manufacture of polycarbonate sheeting a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded onto the front and sides forming a strong barrier against UV radiation.

Choice of Colour
The framework is available powder coated to any standard RAL colour, other non standard RAL colours are available on request (please note additional costs may apply).

Maintenance
Our shelters require only periodic cleaning. To clean the roof we recommend a solution of warm water & a non-abrasive cleaner. For more information please see the maintenance schedule which is found in your After Sales pack.

Unique Clamping System
Our shelters use a unique clamping system which reduces the need to drill holes therefore avoiding water leakage and bulging of the panels which makes them longer lasting and more weather proof.

Adjustable Feet
The feet of the shelters are bolted to the floor with base plates. Adjustable feet are used to keep the shelter level even when fixed to an uneven surface.

Testimonials

“I would like to offer my personal thanks to you and your workforce for a magnificent, outstanding performance and quite simply without the care dedication and sheer hard work demonstrated by all, we would not be where we are today. Today is yet another significant milestone in the project and another one comes next Monday when 750 pupils will enter their world class award winning building for the first time.”
