In May 2025, we supplied and installed a 1.64m x 4m Bespoke Grange Freestanding Canopy at SOFIA Onshore Converter Station in Redcar, North Yorkshire.

As part of ongoing facility improvements, the Converter Station partnered with Force Contracting Services Ltd to enhance their site with a weather-protected area for employees, visitors, and deliveries. They required a durable, functional, and visually appealing solution that would provide shelter at key access points, ensuring comfort and convenience regardless of the weather.

We recommended the Bespoke Grange Freestanding Canopy, a sleek, modern structure that offers excellent weather protection while complementing the site’s industrial environment. Its angled roof efficiently channels rainwater, and the open-sided design makes it ideal for both pedestrian access and managing deliveries with ease.

The installation has improved the site’s functionality, offering a sheltered space that enhances operational efficiency and supports staff wellbeing.
