Tarnhow Curved Freestanding Timber Canopy
The Tarnhow Curved Freestanding canopy is a classic timber structure that is constructed with a stylish curved roof. With a maximum span of 6 metres and an unlimited length it is suitable for a variety of applications such as a covered walkway and a sheltered waiting/play area.
The Tarnhow Curved Freestanding canopy is part of our Tarnhow canopy range which features four freestanding canopies and two wall mounted canopies, constructed from Glulam timber. Glulam timber is a sustainable and durable timber that is fire resistant to BS 5268 and energy efficient to produce, making this an eco-friendly canopy option.
Features and Benefits:
- Unlimited Length – With 6 metres between posts, and a projection of up to 6 metres. Larger projections are available upon request.
- Flawless Finish – All visible fixings made from timber, leaving you with a visually stunning canopy
- Glulam Timber Frame – The frame is made from curved and straight glue laminated timber beams which are strong and robust and have a striking, smooth finish
- PEFC and BS Accredited – The Glulam timber frame is sourced from PEFC accredited timber merchants and complies with the requirements of British Standard BS EN 386: 2001
- Fire Resistance – The timber frame is fire resistant to BS 5268
- Choice of Roof Panels – Choose from 5mm solid or 16mm structured polycarbonate which are certified in conformity with the latest European standards
- High UV Protection – Blocking over 98% of UV rays, helping to keep anyone seated underneath protected from the sun
- Choice of Colour – The roof panels are available in a choice of clear or opal and the timber frame is available in 10 different stains, please see the colour options tab for colour swatches
- 15 Year Life Expectancy – The Tarnhow Curved Freestanding Timber Canopy features a 15 year life expectancy subject to the chosen finish and adherence to the maintenance schedule
