Hillingdon Hospital in Uxbridge, London were undergoing a refurbishment and required additional facilities to help keep their patients, staff and visitors dry and sheltered when arriving and leaving the hospital.
We supplied and installed seven Coniston Wall Mounted Canopies with five of them featuring rear posts, transforming them into free standing canopies as the ramp that required weather protection was away from the wall and wall mounted canopies were therefore not suitable. Using the Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy for all canopies, ensured the canopies fit together seamlessly, looking like one whole structure.
The canopies not only keep visitors and patients dry when arriving and leaving the hospital, they are also used to keep ambulance staff and patients dry when arriving and wheeling patients inside by pulling up by the canopies.
