Continual Improvement Process

Here at Able Canopies we are dedicated to continually improving our customer service, products and systems. We truly believe that by having specific systems in place we can ensure we give our customers the best possible customer service and products.

Product Updates
We constantly review all of our products to distinguish any possible improvements that will benefit our customers; such as updating the design slightly to enable to the product to be more cost effective or adding a new feature to give our customers added benefits. We currently have over 120 shade & shelter products within our range and we have improved every single one of them throughout the years.

The new Coniston 35 underwent a complete redesign in September 2012 to bring extra benefits to our customers with integral guttering (as shown above) and the removal of uPVC elements to create a fully aluminium system.

Product Development
As well as improving our existing products we are always at the drawing board designing new products. This continual development allows us to offer the widest range of canopies, shelters and walkways available to ensure we are your “one stop shop” for all your shade and shelter needs

In 2012 alone so far we have launched 20 products and still have over 30 products in the pipeline which we plan to release this year. However, as you can imagine, launching this amount of products involves a lot of hard work and time so keep your eyes peeled and keep checking our website for our latest product releases and updates on our homepage. System Updates
The staff at Able Canopies have strict working systems to follow. I truly believe that if a system has been created that works perfectly then all staff members from each branch should follow that system. That way you know that if the correct process is being followed, then there should be no problems along the way and everyone is aware of how to complete their tasks smoothly.

We, as a company are very proud that we are ISO 9001 accredited. Having been awarded this accreditation proves that our quality management system has been fully accessed and approved through an independent and rigorous external audit by the British Assessment Bureau. Our systems are continually updated and reviewed to ensure we keep our IOS9001, but perhaps more importantly this also makes sure our processes run smoothly so that our customers receive the best possible service available.

Customer Service
Our customer service is something that we pride ourselves on. We will always ensure that we give our customers the best possible service not matter what they purchase from us; all our customers are valued customers, new and old.

We follow a scheduled review and improvement training programme within all departments to ensure we exceed expectations and provide an experience which is second to none. Our aim is always to exceed our customers’ expectations from initial contact right though to installation and beyond.

We keep track of why our customers chose us and in our last poll, 48% of our customers chose us because they received no sales pressure from us and 45% chose us because our admin and survey team were helpful and friendly. Click here to view the full results.
