Buying a canopy from Able Canopies could not be any easier, we work hard to ensure your canopy buying experience with us runs smoothly and is as simple and stress free as possible.

So what happens?

Below you will find the canopy experts step-by-step canopy buying process which goes through our procedure from initial enquiry right through to after the installation.

1. Contacting us

Contacting us is easy! Just call us on free phone 0800 389 9072 or email sales@ablecanopies.co.uk or fill out our contact us form. When you call or email us you will find our sales staff to be helpful and friendly and we will provide you with as much information that you require as possible.

2. Survey

If you decide that you would like to proceed to the next step we will arrange for a site survey to be completed at a mutually convenient day and time.
Site surveys usually only take around 30 minutes to complete and this enables us to generate an accurate quotation back at the office.

3. Quotation

Once the survey has been completed, our pricing department will create a full quotation personalised to your needs and requirements. Depending on how busy we are, the lead time for a quotation is generally 5-10 working days and the quotes are valid for 3 months from the issue date.

4. Funding & Planning Help

Funding Help
If you do not have enough funds for your desired shade and shelter structure, we can help! You can download a free copy of our funding guide which lists various grants you may be entitle to of up to £50,000!

Planning Help
If you then discover that your local authority requires planning permission for a canopy structure, we can help with that too! We can file the planning applications for you saving you valuable time and money. Find out more about our planning help service here >

5. Installation

Once you have chosen to go ahead with your order, we will range for the installation to be carried out at a date that suits you providing our installations teams are not all ready booked up on your chosen date

We are able to carry out your installation during in the school holidays if you would prefer and all of installers are fully trained, HSE complaint and have been DBS checked. They will leave the site clean and tidy and leave you with a satisfaction note so that you can note down any positive comments or issues that you would like to make us aware of.

6. Aftercare Service:

Once your canopy has been installed our service does not end there! We will send you an after sales pack in the post which includes your guarantee certificate if applicable and a maintenance schedule to help you look after your canopy the make it last for many many years to come.
