In July 2025, we supplied and installed a 12m x 6m Banbury Waterproof Shade Sail at Ysgol Gymraeg Dewi Sant in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan.
Ysgol Gymraeg Dewi Sant, in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council, was looking to enhance their outdoor space with a practical and inviting solution. Their goal was clear: to provide reliable weather protection in the school playground that would support outdoor learning and encourage children to spend more time outside, whatever the weather.
After discussing the school’s requirements and assessing the area, we recommended the Banbury Waterproof Shade Sail Canopy, a modern, stylish solution that offers exceptional protection from both sun and rain. Its high-quality, waterproof tensile fabric ensures year-round usability, creating a sheltered space for lessons, play, and social interaction even during wet weather or under strong UV rays.
