Riverwalk School – Codale Waterproof Fabric Canopy

In March 2026, we supplied and installed a 7m x 7m freestanding Codale Conic Waterproof Structure at Riverwalk School in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Riverwalk School wanted to create a practical outdoor area within their playground that could be used for play and activities throughout the year, regardless of the weather. Working alongside contractor Brooks & Wood Ltd, the school approached Able Canopies to help identify a shelter solution that would provide reliable protection while enhancing the usability of the space.

To meet these requirements, Able Canopies recommended the installation of a Codale Conic Waterproof Fabric Structure. The canopy now provides Riverwalk School with a versatile covered area that can support a wide range of outdoor activities, from playtime to outdoor learning. Its durable design and weather protection allow the school to make better use of their playground space all year round, creating a welcoming outdoor environment for both pupils and staff.
