Able Canopies’ Services During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Able Canopies’ Services During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Able Canopies will continue with business as usual unless advised otherwise by the UK government. Our staff and customer’s safety are of the upmost importance to us, so all staff are continuing to work with the required safety measures in place.

The office is therefore still open and our phonelines are being monitored at usual, enabling us to continue taking your calls and replying to your emails.

Our services are currently business as usual, we can offer advice, provide you with quotes and estimates, book in and attend surveys and install your orders. If you have a query, please contact us via your preferred method.

Able Canopies F.A.Q's
Coronavirus F.A.Q’s

Are you currently open?
Yes, Able Canopies are currently still open and plan to stay open unless the UK government advice changes. We are able to answer your calls and emails as usual. If the situation changes, we will update this page accordingly.

Can I still have my canopy installed?
As it stands at the moment, our fitting teams are allowed to work and will continue to work on installations already booked, in a safe manor, whilst taking social distancing seriously. Because our installations are outside, we can keep a distance from your staff, pupils and the general public. Find out more about our contactless canopy installations here.

What if my canopy needs an urgent repair?
If your canopy needs an urgent repair, we able to visit to assess the issue and provide a quote if applicable. However, if your canopy repair is not urgent, we ask that you wait until the pandemic is over as we may need to talk to your site manager in person and we’re trying to keep all meetings to a minimum at the moment.

Can you send me a quote for a canopy?
Yes, we will need to carry out a full site survey to enable us to produce a firm quotation. If you would prefer to avoid site visits whilst the pandemic is still present, we can carry out a virtual survey and send you an estimate. If you'd like to go ahead with the order, a firm quotation would need to be provided and therefore also a site visit.

Can I book a survey?
Yes, we are now able to carry out site surveys whilst adhering to social distancing measures however, we are also offering ‘virtual surveys’ for those that would prefer a remote service. We will ask you to send us photographs of the area and measurements of the canopy required. We can then send you an estimate via email. This is a much quicker and safer process.

Do you have any guidance for choosing a canopy?
