Broadway Infant School – Wall Mounted Canopy

Broadway Infant School in Bristol, Avon got in touch as they were looking at having a canopy installed to their year 1 area to create a permanent outdoor covered area that can be used for outdoor play and learning.

To meet the requirements, we supplied and installed a 14m x 4m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy creating the outdoor covered area that will protect the children from the sun’s harmful UV rays and shelter them from rain and snow.

As soon as our installation team had left the school, the teachers were under the canopy enjoying their new covered outside area. During a heatwave, the area under the canopy was much cooler than the area around it, proving that the Coniston canopy provides more than just shade, it also provides a pleasant area to gain shelter away from the beaming hot sun.
