Ravensmere Infant School – Grasmere Timber Clad Cycle Shelter
In June 2026, we supplied and installed a Grasmere Timber Clad Cycle Shelter 4.1m x 2.05m at Ravensmere Infant School in Beccles, Suffolk.
Ravensmere Infant School, working alongside Ovamill Ltd, identified the need to enhance its cycling facilities by providing a dedicated covered area for bicycle storage. The aim was to encourage sustainable travel to school while protecting pupils’ and staff members’ bicycles from the weather and helping to maintain a tidy, organised campus. Following a review of the school’s requirements, Able Canopies supplied and installed a bespoke timber-clad cycle shelter that complements the appearance of the school buildings while delivering reliable, long-term protection.
The completed cycle shelter provides a secure and practical storage solution that supports active travel and helps keep outdoor areas free from clutter. Featuring a durable structure with an attractive timber-clad finish, the shelter blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment while enhancing the overall appearance of the site.
