The Orchard School – Windsor Waterproof Canopy

In November 2025, we supplied and installed two freestanding Windsor Canopies at The Orchard School in Oldbury, West Midlands.

The Orchard School, located in the West Midlands, wanted to transform part of their playground into a versatile outdoor area that could be enjoyed by pupils and staff all year round. Their goal was to create a practical, engaging space that supported both play and learning, regardless of the weather.

To achieve this, we recommended the installation of a Windsor Canopy — a modern, durable structure designed to provide excellent protection from rain and UV rays. The Windsor’s sleek curved roof design and robust aluminium frame make it an ideal choice for schools looking to create covered outdoor spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Installation Details:

Size: Area A – 7.85m x 2.2m, Area B – 6.5m x 2.35m

Frame Colour: Anthracite Grey RAL 7016
Fabric Colour: Sky Blue RAL 5015 and Colza Yellow RAL 1021, Flame RAL 3000 and Sky Blue RAL 5015
