Noremarsh Junior School – Shade Sails

In October 2026, we supplied and installed two Square Able Shade Sail at Noremarsh Junior School in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Noremarsh Junior School approached Able Canopies to create a shaded outdoor area where pupils could enjoy learning and play more comfortably during sunny weather.

The school wanted a practical addition to its grounds that would reduce exposure to strong sunshine while providing an inviting space for outdoor activities. After assessing its requirements, we recommended our Able Shade Sails, combining effective shade with an attractive, contemporary design.

Made from durable, commercial-grade knitted fabric, Able Shade Sails offer up to 96.5% protection from harmful UV rays, depending on the fabric colour selected. The breathable material allows air to circulate, helping to create a pleasant setting for outdoor lessons and social time. The completed installation gives Noremarsh Junior School a welcoming shaded space, helping pupils and staff make greater use of the school grounds.
