Lydalls Nursery School – Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy

In August 2025, we supplied and installed a 6m x 7m Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy at Lydalls Nursery School in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

Lydalls Nursery School wanted to transform their outdoor space into a secure, all-weather area that could be enjoyed by both staff and pupils throughout the year. Their contractor, Eibe Play Ltd, contacted us at Able Canopies Ltd to provide a canopy solution that would be both practical and long-lasting.

After reviewing the site and requirements, we recommended our Coniston Wall Mounted Canopy. This popular structure is specifically designed to deliver reliable weather protection, shielding users from rain, wind, and harmful UV rays. By creating a sheltered outdoor zone, the canopy ensures that the nursery can make full use of their outdoor space, whatever the season.

The new installation has enhanced the learning environment by giving children and staff more opportunities to benefit from fresh air and outdoor activities all year round. The Coniston is not only durable and low-maintenance but also provides excellent long-term value, making it a smart investment for educational settings like Lydalls Nursery School.
