Welford Dome Freestanding Canopy
The Welford Dome Freestanding Canopy is an exceptionally versatile modular canopy system. Suitable for a variety of applications, it is particularly popular as an outdoor dining canopy, an outdoor learning or play canopy and MUGA canopy. It is also perfect for covering external walkways and entrances within schools and commercial settings such as hospitals, warehouses, visitor attractions and hotels.
This domed roof canopy combines excellent UV protection with high impact resistance and its unique design keeps installation times and on-site disruption to a minimum. The main frame is constructed from strong steel beams that can be galvanised and/or powder coated in the RAL colour of your choice, and the roof is covered with a choice of 5mm solid or 16mm structured polycarbonate roof panels that block over 98% of UV rays and is also vandal and shatter resistant.
The strong construction makes this versatile canopy perfect for well-used, busy areas and features a life expectancy of up to 25 years so you know your new freestanding canopy will last for many years to come.

Design & Specification
Specification:
Vandal & Shatter Resistance
The Welford’s 5mm solid & 16mm structured polycarbonate panels are resistant to all mechanical stresses both accidental and intentional, even when particularly heavy. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in areas where vandalism is a potential problem.
Maintenance
The Welford requires minimum maintenance. To clean the roof we recommend a solution of warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner. For more information please see the maintenance schedule which is found in your After Sales pack.
Weather Resistance
During the manufacture of our polycarbonate panels a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded on both sides which forms a barrier giving in excess of 98% UV protection from the sun.
Guttering
The Welford Dome is fitted with guttering and down pipes and is fully installed by our fully trained teams of fitters.
