Welford Dome Entrance Canopy
The Welford Dome is an exceptionally versatile free standing, modular canopy system. Suitable for a variety of applications, it is especially applicable as an entrance canopy and also as a covered walkway and free standing canopy.
The Welford combines excellent weather protection with high impact resistance and its unique design keeps installation times and on-site disruption to a minimum. The domed roof works well above external doorways and will make your entrance stand out, so visitors can easily find the correct entrance for their visit.
This versatile canopy is constructed from a robust steel canopy frame which can be galvanised and powder coated in the RAL colour of your choice. The frame is covered with a choice of 5mm solid or 16mm structured polycarbonate panels which are vandal and shatter resistant and block over 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays.
You can add canopy signage to make your entrance even more noticeable, this is particularly ideal if you have a number of entrances that are for use by different users such as staff and visitors and would like to keep them separate.

Specification:
Vandal & Shatter Resistance
The Welford’s 5mm solid & 16mm structured polycarbonate panels are resistant to all mechanical stresses both accidental and intentional, even when particularly heavy. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in areas where vandalism is a potential problem.
Maintenance
The Welford requires minimum maintenance. To clean the roof we recommend a solution of warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner. For more information please see the maintenance schedule which is found in your After Sales pack.
Weather Resistance
During the manufacture of our polycarbonate panels a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded on both sides which forms a barrier giving in excess of 98% UV protection from the sun.
Guttering
The Welford Dome is fitted with guttering and down pipes and is fully installed by our fully trained teams of fitters.
